In support of commands such as SPAWAR and NAVSEA, we offer a team of program assistants, highly skilled in MS Office products, who are eager to assist in our customers’ success by providing documentation and administrative support. Products include white papers, briefing, presentations, and conference logistics.
Material Logistics Systems are a critical component of the nation's military infrastructure and WRSystems is proud to contribute to their readiness by providing logistics services. Our support includes strategic supply chain planning, forecasting, and replenishment solutions. We provide logistics support in the procurement, inventory management, shipping and receiving processes of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) hardware and software, including support for international regulation compliance and Item Unique Identification (IUID) support.
Our DAWIA-certified logisticians develop logistics documentation in support of the maintenance philosophy and acquisition strategy for DOD equipment and systems. Trained in Reliability-Centered Maintenance, we have a demonstrated knowledge of logistics management principles, concepts, policies, regulations, common naval support programs (e.g., TDMIS, CDMD-OA, PARTS, WSF, JETDAS and ICAPS) and a thorough understanding of Life Cycle Support requirements. Our team conducts data research and analysis, and develops and maintains Allowance Parts Lists, Provisioning Technical Data, Program Support Data, and maintenance documentation.
We understand the importance of a successful Life Cycle Maintenance Support Program and the need to plan for and implement Life Cycle Maintenance (LCM) early in the acquisition of a system. From the early phases of the Material Solutions Analysis Phase to the Full Operational Capabilities of the Operation and Support Phase and the Final System Disposal Phase, WRSystems monitors the users’ requirements, new technology trends, and modernization opportunities. WRSystems’ LCM plan is in alignment with the Defense Acquisition Community’s plan and models the policies defined in DOD and Navy directives and instructions. We are particularly well-versed in the logistics support necessitated by part obsolescence issues.
In addition to the Integrated Logistics support functions we provide we also have a fully- equipped warehousing and material management capability we use each day to support our current large defense contracts. Our government property management system and processes have been approved by the Defense Contract Material Administration Office (DCMAO). We conduct annual government property inventories and are subject to annual audits to validate our compliance. We have been approved as a Naval Supply stock point and support Contractor Availability (CAV) reporting systems allowing our customers to know exactly what material is in stock and its condition. We are also familiar with various bar-coding requirements including Item Unique Identifier (IUID). Logistics services include supporting global requirements in the areas of shipping/receiving, warehousing, kitting, 24/7 tech support, parts procurement, Mil-Std packaging, and worldwide material movement.
