Test Specialists

If you are an experienced tester who considers testing to be an art, not a science, we would like to talk with you. We are a growing environment and working with multiple technologies. You need to enjoy thinking out of the box and be committed to the user of the product to ensure that they will not only be able to perform their tasks, but in a user-friendly manner – whether they have physical challenges or not. Most of the work will be in the federal or defense area, so an ability to obtain a clearance is a necessity. Experience as a developer is always a plus.

Test Engineers

If you are an experienced tester who enjoys working with electrical and hardware engineers in many different environments, we would like to talk to you. We are working on multiple hardware products for maritime and rail industries, with critical safety and regulatory requirements, including mission-critical military applications. You need to enjoy thinking out of the box, and be committed to the safety and product success. Most of the work will be in the federal or defense area, so an ability to obtain a clearance is a necessity. Experience as an electrical engineer is always a plus.

IV&V Specialists

If you are an experienced tester and have a strong background in verification and validation, as well as business process analysis, we would like to talk with you. You need to be detail-oriented, but with the ability to think out of the box. You are objective in your analysis, and tactful when the customer needs to be part of the “solution”. Most of the work will be in the federal or defense area, so an ability to obtain a clearance is a necessity. Experience as an auditor or Business Process Analyst is always a plus.

Project Managers

If you are an experienced Project Manager, with a PMP or ITIL certification, we would like to talk to you. You will often be asked to handle fast changing priorities for multiple short-term tasks, or changing requirements. You need experience managing a diverse technical team, with strong organizational and writing skills. You will be interfacing with the customer regularly and be “hands-on” in your teams’ tasks. Most of the work will be in the federal or defense area, so an ability to obtain a clearance is a necessity. Experience testing, developing, or electrical engineering is always a plus.

Subject Matter Experts

We are always looking for people with some test or development background in different industries. If you’ll check our capabilities page, you’ll see the areas we’re looking at. We may also have opportunities in this area for part-time (on-call) or 1099 employees.
