WRSystems ensures the quality of its products and services and continued success in meeting specified contract requirements, through the following major integrated elements:

Quality Management System - WRSystems has established, documented, and implemented a quality management system (QMS) that focuses on customer satisfaction, continual improvement, and enabling employees to perform their tasks right the first time. The WRSystems Quality Manual defines and documents how the organization meets requirements for quality.

As documented in our Quality Policy, we recognize the importance of meeting customer requirements, on time and within budget, exceeding customer expectations, having skilled and experience employees who are empowered to perform their tasks right the first time, and continuous improvement of our QMS.

Our systematic approach to process management ensures that our customer needs are understood and met. Our QMS framework ensures that processes are performed in a well-defined and controlled environment and ensures that we focus on quality assurance through prevention rather than on quality control through detection. Our organization's Key processes are defined and controlled through documented procedures.

Quality Plans - Quality Plans are developed to define how customer requirements are to be met for specific projects or deliverables. Quality Plans are tailored to the needs of the customer. They specify the applicable processes of the QMS and the resources to be applied to a specific product, project, or contract. They are designed to ensure the quality of products and services, and success in meeting the specified contract requirements.

Management Review - WRSystems' top management reviews the QMS to help ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness. This review includes assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS. Action items are assigned where necessary and records of management review results are maintained. The input to management review includes information on:

  • Results of audits (internal and external)
  • Customer feedback (complaints and praise)
  • Process performance and product conformity
  • Status of preventive and corrective actions
  • Follow-up actions from previous management reviews
  • Status and results of improvement activities

Project Management Processes - Our formalized and documented project management processes ensure that all projects are performed consistently, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Internal Quality Audits - Our corporate Quality Assurance function performs regular internal audits of projects and processes to verify that activities are being performed consistently in compliance with established and documented processes, procedures, and plans. Results of internal audits are input to Management Reviews.

Government (Customer) Performance Assessment - Our performance is monitored and reported on by the customer and various other forms of feedback, including Customer Satisfaction surveys are collected, analyzed, and used for management reviews and continual improvement.
